The 42-meter-high building, set to rise on Via Pirelli in the Porta Nuova district, stands as an innovative, virtuous, and responsible example. It will be one of the first buildings in Italy to simultaneously pursue LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and WiredScore Gold certifications.
